SO AS TO DESIGNATE "CAROLINA WHEN I DIE" BY PATRICK DAVIS AS AN
OFFICIAL STATE SONG.

General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

ECTION 1.
A
rticle 9, Chapter 1, Title 1 of the S.C. Code is
amended by adding:

1-1-687
. "Carolina When I Die" by Patrick Davis is designated as an official
state song.

ECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval
by the Governor.
