An Act to prohibit members of the Board of Economic Development from having any 1
interest in moneys from or approved by the Board of Economic Development. 2
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA: 3
Section 1. That a NEW SECTION be added to chapter 1-16G: 4
A member of the Board of Economic Development may not have an ownership 5
interest in, or serve on the board of, any entity receiving an award, disbursement, 6
expenditure, or grant of public moneys from or approved by the Board of Economic 7
Development. 8
