AN ACT

ENTITLED An Act to extend the time for reverting moneys appropriated for the
modernization of the state's enterprise resource planning systems.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That 2023 Session Laws, chapter 200, § 3 be AMENDED:
Section 3. Any amounts appropriated in this Act not lawfully expended or obligated
shall revert to the general fund on June 30, 2029.
