WHEREAS, the Canton C-Hawk girls won the Region 2 regional tournament for the second 3
consecutive year in February 2026; and 4
WHEREAS, the Canton C -Hawk girls had thirteen disciplined and dedicated wrestlers 5
qualify for the state tournament; and 6
WHEREAS, the 2026 C -Hawk state qualifiers were Jewel Gannon (100 pounds), Charlee 7
Ann Winter (105 pounds), Avery Kranz (110 pounds), Nayeli Ortega (115 pounds), Brooke 8
Warejcka (120 pounds), Finley Evjen (125 pounds), Marin Rhode (130 pounds), Kenzie King 9
(140 pounds), Lakynn Qualseth (145 pounds), Alyssa McCracken (155 pounds), Sophia Larsen 10
(170 pounds), Natalia Long (190 pounds), and Kori Wallner (235 pounds); and 11
