AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 53,
Chapter 3, Part 2, relative to government
restrictions on milk sales.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 53, Chapter 3, Part 2, is amended by
deleting the part.
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
