AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 47;
Title 48 and Title 66, relative to property.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 66-29-165(a), is amended by
deleting "four (4)" and substituting "three (3)".
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
