AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Section
56-7-2916, relative to the repeal date of the
Access Tennessee Act of 2006.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 56-7-2916, is amended by deleting
"June 30, 2025" and substituting "June 30, 2030".
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
