AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4;
Title 7; Title 8; Title 16; Title 17 and Title 38,
relative to immigration.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 7-68-104(d), is amended by deleting
the language "less than ninety (90) days nor".
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
