AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 5;
Title 6; Title 7; Title 45; Title 49; Title 54 and Title
67, relative to local government.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 7-56-209(a), is amended by adding
the following to the end of the subsection:
The annual report may be submitted electronically.
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
