AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 33;
Title 53; Title 63; Title 68 and Title 71, relative to
pharmacies.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 63-10-222, is amended by deleting
"April 15" and substituting "October 15".
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
