AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4;
Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 8; Title 12; Title 13;
Title 54; Title 64; Title 65; Title 68 and Title 69,
relative to utilities.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 65-1-111, is amended by adding the
following after "of all of its meetings.":
The report may be provided electronically.
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
