AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4,
Chapter 29 and Title 68, Chapter 12, relative to
the advisory committee for children's special
services.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 4-29-246(a), is amended by deleting
subdivision (1).
SECTION 2. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 4-29-250(a), is amended by inserting
the following as a new subdivision:
( ) Advisory committee for children's special services, created by § 68-12-106;
SECTION 3. This act takes effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
