AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 2;
Title 3; Title 4; Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 8; Title
9; Title 10; Title 17; Title 27; Title 39; Title 40; Title
49; Title 54; Title 57 and Title 67, relative to
elections.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 2-1-114(2), is amended by deleting
"thirty (30) days" and substituting "fifteen (15) days".
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
