AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 68
and Title 69, relative to the environment.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 68-211-871(a), is amended by
deleting "March 31" and substituting "February 1".
SECTION 2. This act takes effect July 1, 2025, the public welfare requiring it.
