AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 10,
Chapter 7, Part 5, relative to public records
requests.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 10-7-503(a)(7)(C)(vi), is amended by
deleting the subdivision.
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
