AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4;
Title 56 and Title 71, relative to Medicaid.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 71-5-105(a)(5), is amended by
deleting the language "sixty (60) days" and substituting "seventy-five (75) days".
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
