AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4;
Title 9; Title 12; Title 48; Title 49 and Title 67,
relative to education.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 49-1-908, is amended by deleting the
section.
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
