AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 7;
Title 9, Chapter 21 and Title 67, relative to special
districts.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 7-84-519(d), is amended by deleting
subdivision (2).
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
