AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4,
Chapter 29, Part 2 and Title 68, Chapter 204,
relative to the state energy policy council.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 68-204-105, is amended by deleting
subsection (d).
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
