A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT

relating to the repeal of wheelbase and horsepower restrictions for

the state's passenger vehicle fleet.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:

SECTION 1. Section 2158.003, Government Code, is repealed.

SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025.
