A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT

relating to requirements for certain funding of aviation facilities

and projects.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:

SECTION 1. Section 21.105, Transportation Code, is amended

by adding Subsection (c) to read as follows:

(c)

Subsection (b)(3) does not apply to a project for which

money is:

(1)

appropriated by the legislature specifically for

that purpose; and

(2)

administered by the department on a pass-through

basis.

SECTION 2. Section 21.114(b), Transportation Code, is

repealed.

SECTION 3. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025.
