H.B. No. 5667

AN ACT

relating to the chairman of the juvenile board of Parker County.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:

SECTION 1. Section 152.1901(b), Human Resources Code, is

amended to read as follows:

(b) The
juvenile board shall elect one of its members as

].

SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025.
