A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT

relating to the eminent domain authority of the Williamson County

Municipal Utility District No. 40.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:

SECTION 1. Section 8141.0307, Special District Local Laws

Code, is repealed.

SECTION 2. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives

a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as

provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. As

provided by Section 17(c), Article I, Texas Constitution, if this

Act does not receive a two-thirds vote of all the members elected to

each house, this Act does not take effect.
