R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Small businesses play a critical role in meeting the
needs of area residents, and it is fitting that the Outlaw Saloon
and Grill be recognized for the valued service it provides to the
San Elizario community; and
WHEREAS, Established in 2018, the Outlaw Saloon and Grill has
since gained a loyal following; the restaurant pays homage to the
area's Western heritage while carving out its own legacy through
community-focused events and a menu of Texas-style comfort food;
among its many accolades, the establishment was named the Top
Restaurant in the El Paso Region in the 2022

Choice Awards; and
WHEREAS, The well-being of the people of Texas depends on a
vibrant, diversified economy, and independent businesses that are
rooted in their communities and that reflect the spirit of those
unique locales are to be commended for the vital role they play in
furthering the prosperity of the Lone Star State; now, therefore,
be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 89th Texas
Legislature hereby honor the Outlaw Saloon and Grill and extend to
all those associated with the restaurant sincere best wishes for
the future; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for the establishment as an expression of high regard by
the Texas House of Representatives.
