H.R. No. 1204
R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Lourdes Coria has earned great distinction with her
outstanding service as principal of Salvador H. Sanchez Middle
School in the Socorro Independent School District; and
WHEREAS, Demonstrating an unwavering commitment to the
students, faculty, and staff of Salvador H. Sanchez Middle School,
Ms. Coria has led the way in fostering a supportive and challenging
educational environment on campus; and
WHEREAS, A quality education is critical to the continuing
vitality of our state, and Lourdes Coria is playing an instrumental
role in helping students to reach their full potential and become
engaged and productive members of their community; now, therefore,
be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 89th Texas
Legislature hereby commend Lourdes Coria for her contributions as
principal of Salvador H. Sanchez Middle School and extend to her
sincere best wishes for the future; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Ms. Coria as an expression of high regard by the Texas
House of Representatives.
