H.R. No. 1390
R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Ryan M. Garcia has ably served his fellow Texans as
chief of staff in the office of State Representative Venton Jones
during the 89th Legislature; and
WHEREAS, Since becoming a legislative employee, Mr. Garcia
has contributed to the workings of state government firsthand;
handling a wide variety of challenging tasks, he has provided vital
leadership and helped ensure the efficient operation of the office,
and he has managed the representative's staff and initiatives with
honor and integrity; and
WHEREAS, This esteemed public employee has performed his
duties as chief of staff with skill, dedication, and a deep
understanding of the legislative process, and he is indeed
deserving of special recognition for his fine work; now, therefore,
be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 89th Texas
Legislature hereby commend Ryan M. Garcia for his service as chief
of staff in the office of State Representative Venton Jones and
extend to him sincere best wishes for continued success in his
future endeavors; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Mr. Garcia as an expression of high regard by the Texas
House of Representatives.
