H.R. No. 1456

R E S O L U T I O N

WHEREAS, Isabelle Dabideen has distinguished herself in her

responsibilities as a legislative intern in the office of State

Representative Janie Lopez during the 89th Legislative Session; and

WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Ms. Dabideen has provided

vital assistance in handling a wide variety of challenging tasks,

including managing communications with constituents and keeping

them up to date with developments in the district and at the

Capitol; in addition to gaining valuable experience in the field of

public service, she has learned more about the legislative process

and the issues facing citizens of the Lone Star State; and

WHEREAS, A rising senior at St. Edward's University,

Ms. Dabideen is majoring in political science; her leadership and

demonstrated commitment to public service are sure to advance her

aspirations in this field; and

WHEREAS, Isabelle Dabideen has performed her duties as a

legislative intern with skill and dedication, and she is indeed

deserving of special recognition for her fine work; now, therefore,

be it

RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 89th Texas

Legislature hereby commend Isabelle Dabideen for her service as a

legislative intern in the office of State Representative Janie

Lopez and extend to her sincere best wishes for continued success in

all her endeavors; and, be it further

RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be

prepared for Ms. Dabideen as an expression of high regard by the

Texas House of Representatives.
