Commending Bennett Bush for his service as legislative director in the office of State Representative Paul Dyson.

H.R. No. 1465

R E S O L U T I O N

WHEREAS, Bennett Bush has ably served his fellow Texans as

legislative director in the office of State Representative Paul

Dyson during the 89th Legislature; and

WHEREAS, Mr. Bush's resourcefulness and initiative have

earned the appreciation of his colleagues, and his contributions to

carrying forth Representative Dyson's legislative agenda have

helped address issues facing citizens across the Lone Star State;

and

WHEREAS, A graduate of the University of the South, Mr. Bush

previously served as a legislative assistant and policy analyst for

State Representative Geanie Morrison, and since January 2024, he

has held the role of operations manager for Associated Republicans

of Texas; his prior experience includes service as project manager

for Bennett/Wood Interests, as operations manager for the Madero

Cattle Company, and as founder and president of the Sarca Cattle

Company; and

WHEREAS, This esteemed public employee has performed his

duties as legislative director with skill and dedication, and he is

indeed deserving of special recognition for his fine work; now,

therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 89th Texas

Legislature hereby commend Bennett Bush for his service as

legislative director in the office of State Representative Paul

Dyson and extend to him sincere best wishes for continued success in

all his endeavors; and, be it further

RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be

prepared for Mr. Bush as an expression of high regard by the Texas

House of Representatives.
