R E S O L U T I O N

WHEREAS, The Wise Up to Rise Up Foundation is hosting its

Winner's Circle 2025 event at PowerHouse Church in Katy on

August 2, 2025, providing a fitting opportunity to recognize the

group's founder and principal officer, Khristopher Alexander

Fields; and

WHEREAS, A nonprofit organization, the Wise Up to Rise Up

Foundation is dedicated to empowering underserved youth; through

mentorship, recognition programs, motivational events, and

creative community partnerships, it encourages young people to

reach their full potential; in addition, it has garnered nearly 300

awards for its efforts to support children who have faced

significant adversity in their lives; and

WHEREAS, The foundation's Winner's Circle 2025 event brings

together hundreds of students from across both the Katy and the

Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School Districts; Mr. Fields manages

a wide range of logistics, including fundraising initiatives, the

mobilization of volunteers and community partners, and the

publication of media and press communications; moreover, he has

brought together civic leaders to recognize children who have shown

progress in their academics and in their behavior; and

WHEREAS, Through his vision, leadership, and dedication,

Khristopher Fields has impacted the lives of countless young

Texans, and he is indeed deserving of recognition for his

contributions; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 89th Texas

Legislature hereby honor Khristopher Alexander Fields on the

occasion of the Winner's Circle 2025 event and extend to him sincere

best wishes for continued success; and, be it further

RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be

prepared for Mr. Fields as an expression of high regard by the Texas

House of Representatives.
