H.R. No. 1542

R E S O L U T I O N

WHEREAS, Ashley Walter has ably served her fellow Texans as

chief of staff in the office of State Representative Pat Curry

during the 89th Legislature; and

WHEREAS, Since becoming a legislative employee, Ms. Walter

has contributed to the workings of state government firsthand;

handling a wide variety of challenging tasks, she has provided

vital leadership and helped ensure the efficient operation of the

representative's office; and

WHEREAS, This esteemed public employee has performed her

duties as chief of staff with skill and dedication, and she is

indeed deserving of special recognition for her fine work; now,

therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 89th Texas

Legislature hereby commend Ashley Walter for her service as chief

of staff in the office of State Representative Pat Curry and extend

to her sincere best wishes for continued success in all her

endeavors; and, be it further

RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be

prepared for Ms. Walter as an expression of high regard by the Texas

House of Representatives.
