S.C.R. No. 52
SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas has passed House
Bill No. 1240 and returned it to the House of Represenatives of the
State of Texas; and
WHEREAS, Further consideration of the bill by the senate is
necessary; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED by the Senate of the State of Texas, the House of
Representatives of the State of Texas concurring, That the senate
hereby respectfully request that the Chief Clerk of the House of
Representatives be authorized to return House Bill No. 1240 to the
senate for further consideration.
