Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered
33.2-244.1
as follows:

(i)

maintained by the Department

or adjacent to a primary or secondary highway

widely
used
by students
to
walk to
or from such school
, as determined by the Department
