A BILL to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered
22.1-23.7
as follows:

shall include data on the average expenditure for the education of English language learner students for the applicable year
(i) disaggregated for each school in the school division and (ii) for each elementary school in the school division, in the aggregate, as compared to each secondary school in the school division, in the aggregate.
