Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

§ 1.
That the Department of Conservation and Recreation shall extend the deadline by 30 days for a person to submit an application to the Virginia Natural Resources Co
mmitment Fund established in §
10.1-2128.1
of the Code of Virginia.
