An Act to direct the Department of Medical Assistance Services to amend Autism Competencies Checklist regulations to allow positive behavior support facilitators to conduct training sessions on such competencies.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1.
§ 1. That the Department of Medical Assistance Services shall amend their regulations relating to the Autism Competencies Checklist to allow positive behavior support facilitators to conduct training sessions on such competencies for direct support professionals and direct support professional supervisors who provide support for individuals with developmental disabilities.
