The bill requires the Board to submit an annual report to the Governor and General Assembly. Additionally, the bill requires the Board to meet at least once prior to December 31, 2027. Finally, the bill contains a sunset date of July 1, 2030.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
