An Act to direct the Virginia Department of Education Office of School and Community Nutrition Programs to provide technical assistance to the regional governing board of each academic year Governor's School, relating to maximizing school meal offerings.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

§ 1. The Virginia Department of Education Office of School and Community Nutrition Programs shall provide technical assistance to the regional governing board of each academic year Governor's School to assist such schools in identifying costs, funding sources, and infrastructure requirements to maximize school meal offerings to all students enrolled in such schools.
