RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, the Senate concurring, That notwithstanding the rules of either house of the General Assembly or the provisions of Rule 24 of House Joint Resolution No. 29 (2026), the General Assembly does hereby provide, that pursuant to Article IV, Section 7 of the Constitution of Virginia, House Bill No. 30 introduced during the 2026 Regular Session may, by motion, be continued to a 2026 Special Session of the General Assembly for action by either house of the General Assembly or any conference committee.
