WHEREAS, in February 2026, CALIBRE Systems, Inc., John Marshall Bank, Dominion Energy, and ServiceMaster National Capital Restoration were selected as the Mount Vernon Springfield Chamber of Commerce Large Business of the Year honorees; and
WHEREAS, the Mount Vernon Springfield Chamber of Commerce Large Business of the Year honorees received this prestigious honor at THE BEST Business Awards Celebration, which recognizes individuals and businesses that have cultivated reputations for high-quality products and excellent customer service and are committed to making a difference in the community; and
WHEREAS, CALIBRE Systems, Inc., is an employee-owned, mission-focused digital transformation company that has enabled clients to meet challenges and achieve success for 30 years, all while promoting the advancement of its employees and enriching life in the community; and
WHEREAS, as the largest utility company in the Commonwealth, Dominion Energy supplies electrical power to more than two million homes and businesses, allowing communities to thrive and prosper; and
WHEREAS, John Marshall Bank, an innovative community bank serving businesses and residents across the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area, has promoted entrepreneurship and enabled businesses to achieve their financial goals through its responsiveness and integrity since 2006; and
WHEREAS, ServiceMaster National Capital Restoration, a family-owned business that was established in 1986 and is celebrating its 40th anniversary, has cultivated an unparalleled reputation in the cleaning and restoration industry for service quality and customer satisfaction, becoming one of the largest ServiceMaster franchises in the country; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, That CALIBRE Systems, Inc., John Marshall Bank, Dominion Energy, and ServiceMaster National Capital Restoration hereby be commended on the occasion of their selection as the 2026 Large Business of the Year honorees by the Mount Vernon Springfield Chamber of Commerce; and, be it
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Clerk of the House of Delegates prepare copies of this resolution for presentation to the Mount Vernon Springfield Chamber of Commerce Large Business of the Year honorees as an expression of the House of Delegates' admiration for their exceptional contributions to the vibrant economy in Northern Virginia and service to local residents.
