WHEREAS, the Brick House Diner, a beloved restaurant with locations in Midlothian, Richmond, and Virginia Beach, has delighted patrons for more than 20 years; and
WHEREAS, the Brick House Diner is owned and operated by the Routsis family, who put immense pride and joy into the food they lovingly prepare for their customers; and
WHEREAS, the Brick House Diner serves an extensive menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, from pancakes, omelettes, and benedicts, to burgers, sandwiches, and wraps, to seafood, steak, and pasta entrees, ensuring that all customers will find something to satisfy their palette and cravings; and
WHEREAS, with friendly and accommodating service in a cozy and relaxed atmosphere, the Brick House Diner has established itself as a favorite place for family and friends to gather to share a meal; and
WHEREAS, the accomplishments of the Brick House Diner are the result of the visionary leadership of its owners, the hard work and dedication of its staff, and the loving support of its many customers; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, That the Brick House Diner hereby be commended for its legacy of service; and, be it
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Clerk of the House of Delegates prepare a copy of this resolution for presentation to the Brick House Diner as an expression of the House of Delegates' admiration for the restaurant's contributions to the Commonwealth.
