Agreed to by the House of Delegates, March 10, 2026
WHEREAS, Hanna G. Hanania, D.D.S., an esteemed dentist based in Dale City, has greatly served the dental needs of the Prince William County community for more than 20 years; and
WHEREAS, after earning his doctoral degree in dental surgery from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, Hanna Hanania began his dental career as an associate in a corporate dental practice before ultimately buying the practice and remaking it to align with his own vision and values; and
WHEREAS, for the past two decades, Hanna Hanania and the original four attendants he started the practice with have provided exemplary dental care to their patients in a friendly and welcoming setting; and
WHEREAS, Hanna Hanania works tirelessly to progress as a dentist and to remain at the cutting edge of technological advancements in the field by regularly attending dental seminars and continuing education trainings; and
WHEREAS, Hanna Hanania has advanced the dental profession as an active member of national, state, and local professional associations, including the American Dental Society, the Virginia Dental Association, the Northern Virginia Dental Society, and the Woodbridge Dental Society; and
WHEREAS, Hanna Hanania gives generously of his time and resources to support a number of local foundations and nonprofit organizations, and he serves as a board member of the Holy Land Christians Ecumenical Foundation; and
WHEREAS, Hanna Hanania is the founder and chair of the United Arab Students Association and Network of Arab-American Professionals, and he recently held the position of national president of the American Federation of Ramallah, Palestine; and
WHEREAS, with a deep commitment to the patients and community he serves, Hanna Hanania has helped to make Prince William County a wonderful place to live, work, and raise a family; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, That Hanna G. Hanania, D.D.S., hereby be commended for his legacy of service as a dentist and community leader; and, be it
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Clerk of the House of Delegates prepare a copy of this resolution for presentation to Hanna G. Hanania, D.D.S., as an expression of the House of Delegates' admiration for his contributions to the community.
