WHEREAS, Frederick Alexander Brown, a devoted brother and beloved member of the Henrico County community, died on January 19, 2026, leaving a legacy of love, faith, and joy; and
WHEREAS, Frederick Brown will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by his sisters, Barbara and Norma; his brother, Lloyd; and numerous other family members and friends; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Delegates hereby note with great sadness the loss of Frederick Alexander Brown, a treasured member of the Henrico County community whose kindness and generosity touched countless lives; and, be it
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Clerk of the House of Delegates prepare a copy of this resolution for presentation to the family of Frederick Alexander Brown as an expression of the House of Delegates' respect for his memory.
