WHEREAS, Blake Bryant, founder of the Puzzled Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping every individual realize their unique strengths and potential, has greatly served the community for several years; and
WHEREAS, Blake Bryant suffered from learning disabilities in his youth and overcame these challenges with great strength and resilience; and
WHEREAS, Blake Bryant's experience led him to recognize his disabilities not as a hindrance but as a different ability and inspired him to establish the Puzzled Foundation to help all people realize their own extraordinary abilities; and
WHEREAS, Blake Bryant's Puzzled Foundation offers education and skill development programs that encourage independence and growth, such as an annual car show that nurtures young people's interest in cars and fosters community engagement; and
WHEREAS, Blake Bryant works to cultivate an inclusive environment at his Puzzled Foundation programs and events, ensuring that children with disabilities who attend feel valued and understood; and
WHEREAS, Blake Bryant is a lifelong Lynchburg resident and a devoted family man who is motivated to make a difference in his community by his wife, two children, and five grandchildren; and
WHEREAS, with tremendous love, compassion, and concern for his fellow man, Blake Bryant has made a profound and lasting impact on countless lives; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, That Blake Bryant, founder of the Puzzled Foundation, hereby be commended for his legacy of service; and, be it
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Clerk of the House of Delegates prepare a copy of this resolution for presentation to Blake Bryant as an expression of the House of Delegates' admiration for his contributions to the Commonwealth.
