Celebrating the life of Tracey Lynn Jenkins.

WHEREAS, Tracey Lynn Jenkins, a beloved daughter and mother, accomplished banker, and active and engaged member of the Shenandoah County community, died on November 4, 2025; and
WHEREAS, born in Harrisonburg, Tracey Jenkins graduated from Broadway High School in Rockingham County in 2013 and later from the Virginia Bankers School of Bank Management in 2024; and
WHEREAS, Tracey Jenkins served as the assistant vice president and branch manager at First Bank in Woodstock, where she worked tirelessly to meet the banking needs of her customers; and
WHEREAS, Tracey Jenkins supported her community and made an impact as a member of the Rotary Club of Woodstock and a board member of the Shenandoah County Chamber of Commerce; and
WHEREAS, Tracey Jenkins had a passion for artistic and creative endeavors and for helping others and was happiest of all when spending quality time with family and friends; and
WHEREAS, Tracey Jenkins was guided throughout her life by her faith and enjoyed worship and fellowship with her community at Christ Fellowship Church in Timberville; and
WHEREAS, Tracey Jenkins will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by her parents, Donald and Barbara; her sons, Lyle and Luke; her brother, Derek; and numerous other family members and friends; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Senate of Virginia hereby note with great sadness the loss of Tracey Lynn Jenkins, a cherished member of the Shenandoah County community whose kindness, generosity, and compassion touched countless lives and will never be forgotten; and, be it
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Clerk of the Senate prepare a copy of this resolution for presentation to the family of Tracey Lynn Jenkins as an expression of the Senate of Virginia's respect for her memory.
