AN ACT Relating to adding an additional superior court judge in 1
Skagit county; and amending RCW 2.08.063. 2
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:3
Sec. 1. RCW 2.08.063 and 2024 c 112 s 1 are each amended to read 4
as follows: 5
There shall be in the county of Lincoln one judge of the superior 6
court; in the county of Skagit, ((four)) five judges of the superior 7
court; in the county of Walla Walla, two judges of the superior 8
court; in the county of Whitman, one judge of the superior court; in 9
the county of Yakima, eight judges of the superior court; in the 10
county of Adams, one judge of the superior court; in the county of 11
Whatcom, five judges of the superior court. 12
