AN ACT Relating to prohibiting institutions of higher education 1
from requiring students to live on campus; and adding a new section 2
to chapter 28B.10 RCW. 3
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:4
NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. A new section is added to chapter 28B.10 5
RCW to read as follows: 6
Public institutions of higher education may not require students 7
to live on campus or in university residence hall facilities.8
