AN ACT Relating to cooperation by the department of children, 1
youth, and families with law enforcement; and adding a new section to 2
chapter 72.05 RCW. 3
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:4
NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. A new section is added to chapter 72.05 5
RCW to read as follows: 6
The department shall cooperate with all law enforcement personnel 7
as defined in RCW 43.101.010 in their efforts to investigate criminal 8
activity and enforce the law including, but not limited to, requests 9
to search the premises of an institution as defined in RCW 13.40.020.10
