AN ACT Relating to students' eligibility to receive unemployment 1
insurance benefits; and repealing RCW 50.20.095. 2
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:3
NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. RCW 50.20.095 (Disqualification for 4
attending school or institution of higher education) and 2007 c 248 s 5
2, 1980 c 74 s 4, & 1977 ex.s. c 33 s 8 are each repealed.6
