AN ACT Relating to repealing new taxes imposed by Engrossed 1
Substitute Senate Bill No. 5814 during the 2025 regular legislative 2
session; repealing 2025 c 422 ss 101, 201, and 301; repealing 2025 c 3
422 ss 1, 401, 402, 403, and 404 (uncodified); creating a new 4
section; providing an effective date; and declaring an emergency.5
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:6
NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. The following acts or parts of acts are 7
each repealed:8
(1) 2025 c 422 s 1 (uncodified); 9
(2) 2025 c 422 s 101; 10
(3) 2025 c 422 s 201; 11
(4) 2025 c 422 s 301; 12
(5) 2025 c 422 s 401 (uncodified); 13
(6) 2025 c 422 s 402 (uncodified); 14
(7) 2025 c 422 s 403 (uncodified); and 15
(8) 2025 c 422 s 404 (uncodified). 16
NEW SECTION. Sec. 2. RCW 82.32.805 and 82.32.808 do not apply 17
to this act.18
