AN ACT Relating to training requirements for individual providers 1
caring for a family member; creating a new section; repealing 2024 c 2
322 s 4; and repealing 2024 c 322 ss 7 and 8 (uncodified).3
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:4
NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. The legislature intends to maintain 5
current law as it relates to individual provider training 6
requirements for individual providers caring only for their family 7
members and repeal the requirement for those individual providers to 8
complete certain training requirements that would otherwise take 9
effect January 1, 2027.10
NEW SECTION. Sec. 2. The following acts or parts of acts are 11
each repealed:12
(1) 2024 c 322 s 4; 13
(2) 2024 c 322 s 7 (uncodified); and 14
(3) 2024 c 322 s 8 (uncodified). 15
